About the opportunity
This is a Veyroni Search Partners recruitment opportunity for project engineers across construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
The Project Engineer is the technical owner of delivery: drawings, specifications, contractors, inspections, and the resolution of engineering issues on the ground.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering design, drawings, and technical specifications
- Supervise contractors and on-site technical execution
- Ensure works comply with codes, standards, and permit conditions
- Track project programme, materials, and technical budget
- Conduct inspections, quality checks, and snagging
- Prepare technical reports and as-built documentation
- Resolve engineering issues arising during construction or commissioning
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- Professional engineering registration or progress toward it advantageous
- Site or project delivery experience in the relevant discipline
What success looks like
- Works are delivered to specification and to programme
- Compliance and inspection records are complete
- Technical issues are resolved without avoidable rework
- As-built documentation is accurate at handover
