About the opportunity

This is a Veyroni Search Partners recruitment opportunity for financial analysts across corporate finance, FP&A, and commercial finance.

The Financial Analyst builds the models and analysis behind planning, investment, and performance decisions, and explains the numbers to people who do not work in finance.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts
• Produce monthly performance analysis and variance commentary
• Support budgeting and planning cycles
• Evaluate investment cases and scenario analysis
• Prepare reporting packs for management review
• Improve the accuracy and automation of recurring analysis

Qualifications and experience

• Degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a quantitative field
• Professional qualification or study progress advantageous
• Experience in an analytical finance role

What success looks like

• Models are accurate, documented, and reusable
• Commentary explains drivers rather than restating numbers
• Planning cycles are supported on time
• Stakeholders use the analysis in decisions
