About the opportunity

This is a Veyroni Search Partners recruitment opportunity for senior HR professionals working in a business partnering model.

The HR Business Partner works alongside a business area's leadership, translating commercial objectives into workforce plans and coaching managers through people decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning and organisational design
• Coach managers through performance, capability, and change conversations
• Support talent review, succession, and development planning
• Advise on complex employee relations matters
• Use people data to identify and address emerging risks
• Support restructuring and change programmes

Qualifications and experience

• Degree in HR, business, or a related field
• HR professional certification advantageous
• Experience partnering senior stakeholders in a generalist capacity
